Asian Honey Soy Glazed Watermelon Balls

12 watermelon balls (use a melon baller) |
1 c. confectioners' sugar |
1 1/2 c. sugar |
3/4 c. oyster sauce |
1/3 c. Sherry wine |
1/3 c. hot water |
Directions:
1. Place watermelon balls on 2 10-in. skewers.
2. Then roll in the confectioners' sugar.
3. Separately mix the sauce until the sugar dissolves, pour over watermelon, and serve.
