The Ultimate Cheeseburger

2 lb. lean ground beef |
1/4 c. HEINZ Yellow Mustard |
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce |
1 tsp. black pepper |
8 KRAFT Singles |
8 lettuce leaves |
2 tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices |
8 red onion slices |
8 sesame seed hamburger buns |
1/2 c. SIMPLY HEINZ Ketchup |
Directions:
1. HEAT grill to medium heat.
2. MIX first 4 ingredients just until blended. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
3. GRILL 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
4. PLACE lettuce, tomatoes and onions on bottom halves of buns; cover with burgers, ketchup and tops of buns.
