Strawberry Butter

| 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened |
| 1 Tbsp. strawberry preserves, or your favorite flavor |
Directions:
1. Blend in all ingredients until light and fluffy. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate. To serve, let soften at room temperature.
Serve with pancakes, muffins or biscuits.
