Trout BLT

| 4 (6 oz.) Clear-Cuts® Rainbow Trout fillets |
| 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted |
| green leaf lettuce |
| mayonnaise (as needed) |
| 8 slices vine ripe tomatoes |
| 8 slices cooked Applewood bacon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place trout on a foil-lined or greased shallow baking sheet. Bake 12 min. or until trout is cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
2. Assemble Sandwiches: Toast each slice of sourdough bread and spread with mayo. Top one slice with a piece of lettuce, two slices of tomato, two slices of bacon, one Rainbow Trout fillet and another slice of bread.
